Group Training, Evolved
Welcome to a group training experience designed to help you build consistency, make real progress, and train alongside a supportive community of like-minded people. Our programs are structured, purposeful and results-driven, giving you everything you need to move, feel and perform at your best. Within our MOVE Program, you’ll have access to two distinct yet complementary class styles that work together to help you achieve your goals.
TRANSFORM: Strength - Resistance
Our signature training sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each with a unique focus and progressive structure. Across every 12-week training cycle, you’ll build strength, confidence and capability — with the opportunity to measure your progress through an InBody scan and our community testing event.
ENERGIZE: Work Capacity - Conditioning - High-Intensity
Held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Energize sessions are designed to challenge all energy systems and elevate your fitness. Expect a dynamic mix of AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT and our iconic 300 Class — all crafted to boost your work rate, elevate your heart rate, and fire up those post-session endorphins. Bring your best and be ready to work.
Personal Coaching, in a Group Setting
To ensure quality coaching, safety and progression, each class is capped at 20 members (excluding Saturdays). This allows our coaches to give you the attention and technical feedback needed to train effectively and perform at your highest level.
