As FIT360 each program and all sessions have purpose! Programs are based around strength and conditioning principles that are progressive, focused on improvement and tailored towards your own unique goals.

GROUP CLASS PROGRAM

Group Training, Evolved

Welcome to a group training experience designed to help you build consistency, make real progress, and train alongside a supportive community of like-minded people. Our programs are structured, purposeful and results-driven, giving you everything you need to move, feel and perform at your best. Within our MOVE Program, you’ll have access to two distinct yet complementary class styles that work together to help you achieve your goals.

 

TRANSFORM: Strength - Resistance

Our signature training sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each with a unique focus and progressive structure. Across every 12-week training cycle, you’ll build strength, confidence and capability — with the opportunity to measure your progress through an InBody scan and our community testing event.

 

ENERGIZE: Work Capacity - Conditioning - High-Intensity

Held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Energize sessions are designed to challenge all energy systems and elevate your fitness. Expect a dynamic mix of AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT and our iconic 300 Class — all crafted to boost your work rate, elevate your heart rate, and fire up those post-session endorphins. Bring your best and be ready to work.

 

Personal Coaching, in a Group Setting

To ensure quality coaching, safety and progression, each class is capped at 20 members (excluding Saturdays). This allows our coaches to give you the attention and technical feedback needed to train effectively and perform at your highest level.

THE STRONGER FOR LIFE PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

Shape your body, shape your life.

Build lean muscle, tone your physique and increase overall strength in a supportive small group environment. Our strength-focused, resistance-based program is designed specifically for women’s bodies, featuring dedicated upper and lower body sessions to help you achieve balanced, consistent progress each week.

Stronger for Life was created to help women develop strength, boost confidence and elevate energy. With a maximum of 6 people per session, you’ll have your own space and receive coaching and personal guidance tailored to your individual goals—inside a small, empowering community.

THE STRONGER FOR LIFE PROGRAM FOR MEN

Bodies built, without the ego.

Our Men’s Stronger for Life program is designed to build muscle, increase strength and develop confidence under the bar. Built specifically for men, the program follows a progressive, periodised structure targeting all major lifts and muscle groups for consistent, measurable results.

Delivered in a small group setting with a maximum of 6 people per session, you're guaranteed to have your own space, where you’ll receive coaching, personalised guidance and a supportive environment to help you achieve your individual goals—without the ego.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training programs are designed to give you the attention to detail and accountability you need to achieve your unique, specific goals.

Whether you are learning weight training fundamentals for the first time, returning from pregnancy/injury, or want to focus on athletic/sports specific training, we can tailor a program for you.

Your coach will ensure you make progress, using the FIT360 App to plan, program and measure your training and nutrition programs.

STUDIO MEMBERSHIP

Get access to the FIT360 gym and our signature training program via the FIT360 app, which allows you to work autonomously during off peak times. The Studio Membership provides you with a 3 day progressive and periodized training program, weekly access to the Saturday Group class timetable (Program Move), and monthly access to the Inbody Scanner to track you results.
